Justin Bieber does it again! Christmas Album 2011

Justin Bieber does it again! Christmas Album 2011

So this album is grand! If you were not a fan of Bieber because of his beautiful girl voice and his childish lyrics, then this album is something you should check out because he is now a full grown MAN!  His voice is that of twelve angels.  Hark the Harold Bieber!  I would recommend everyone give it a listen if you like Christmas and good music.  For all the Nsync fans out there that enjoyed their Christmas album, Bieber’s album makes it look like a lump of coal.
My favorite tracks are, well all of them... Duets with Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, (which they should be called Men to Seniors now...HAHA LOL:)...The Band Perry, Busta Rhymes.. Usher...Some of the best musicians of all time.
If you are going to preview some tracks listen to Only Thing I Ever Get For Christmas, Christmas Eve (Super SEXY), Fa La La... If you like strong vocals then you will dig this album.
So give it a listen and let me know what ya think.
Leave a comment and share with me some of your new favorite music!

Cho! Co! Cajun Chicken “Sam”Wich

A little heat and a whole lot of flavor!
Cho! Co!
If your as hungry as a “Tahyo” (A big hungry dog in cajun language) This is a super easy and quick way to make a cajun chicken sandwich.  If your food is boring and routine then you must make this!
Lets get on and get eatin yall
Heres What You Need:
1 bun of choice, I used an English Muffin
1 chicken breast
Cajun Spice... I use Weber N’Orlens Cajun Seasoning
1/2 Red Pepper
1/4 Red Onion
Shredded mozzarella/provolone
Slice of tomato
Guacamole (optional, if you want to make it, follow my HOLY GUACAMOLE recipe)
Heres What You Do:
Slice up the red pepper, onion, and tomato.
Make sure your chicken is sprinkled or coated in the Cajun Seasoning.  The more seasoning, the more heat and spice.
Cook your chicken breast in a skillet on top of the stove with some water in the bottom.
When your chicken is getting plump and looking juicy, toss in the pepper, onion, and tomato and cook on lower heat until the veggies are soft.  Add water as needed to the skillet, just don’t let it go dry.
When your chicken and toppings are cooked, let them cool in the skillet and start toasting your bun or muffin in a toaster.
Now assembly the sandwich, Bun, Guac on bottom, Chicken second, red pepper, onion, tomato, then top with the cheese to hold it all together, close with the bun.
Eat Dat Up!

Clean That Drain! Easy way to clear up a clogged drain!

Got hot nasty drains... that wont drain... I have an easy solution.
Heres What You Need:
Half cup baking soda
Half cup of vinegar
HOT HOT WATER
A funnel... Or you can make one out of paper..
A tub stopper or drain stopper plug

Heres What You Do:
If you can see there is a built up of hair or something in the shower... Then at least clear that out. If you are doing this in the kitchen then hopefully there is not a build up of hair...
Next, put baking soda down into drain via the funnel...
Then, put the vinegar down the drain.. PAY ATTENTION.. Its gonna bubble like a volcano fast so, youll need to put a plug on it as soon as all the vinegar is down..
Give it a couple minutes plugged up to let it do its magic...
Then unplug the drain and wash it out with Hot water for about a minute..
This should clear it up for a while...if it didn’t work then you may have some serious issues that need professional work..

HOLY GUACAMOLE

The best GUACAMOLE in the WORLD
Twitblogbookers, I am going to give you my guacamole recipe for free.  This is the best guacamole in the universe. I have spent months perfecting it and it is so simple but so satisfying.  I have spent days just eating each ingredient, but I do it for you. So for the love of all that’s holy, I present to you my GUACAMOLE!
Heres What You Need:
ALL FRESH!
2 ripened avocados, when they are just a little soft that means they are perfect.
Quarter of a Red Onion
Half a bushel of cilantro
Teaspoon to tablespoon Sea Salt
Quarter Lime
Quarter/slice of jalapeno

 Heres What You Do:
In a food processor put the Red Onion, Cilantro, and Jalapeno in, process until they are in the smallest bits possible.

Next cut your avocados in half, take out the middle seed using the knife trick,
BE CAREFUL, gently chop into the seed then twist and it will come right out attached to the knife blade.
Next scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
With a spoon, stab them until they are kind of broken down, then start smashing them with the back of the spoon until it is a perfect mixture of chunk and cream.

Once this has happened, add the ingredients form the food processor.
Mix them all in really well, then add the salt and squeeze the lime juice out into the bowl,  mix one more time really well.
NOW GUAC IT ALL UP!

LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES:)

BANANA PANCAKES ... Sam's key to winning over the one you love..

Sam’s Yummy Banana Pancakes
This will only take about 15 minutes...

Ok friends, I am going to share with you one of my favorite things to make for breakfast, lunch, or brinner (Breakfast for dinner for those that don’t know).  If you really want to impress those around you with your superb cooking skills then this is your recipe.  Its all from scratch and taste like winning. Have a girl or boy your trying to impress?  This is a must have recipe to go to then.  Tweak it to make your own type of pancakes too... You could add blueberries or pizza or whatever you want to it... Even if you don't like bananas traditionally, I suggest to try this out because they add a nice sweet fruit taste that is noticeable but not overbearing.

Heres what you need:
1 Cup flour
1 Tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch or two or three of salt
1 egg
1 Cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 or 2 bananas ripe ready to go... (I use only 1 but 2 is great if you really like banana)
A few shakes of cinnamon
A few splashes of vanilla
Heres what you do:
Take all that stuff and put it in a bowl, mix it all up until smooth, then pour some out onto a griddle or pan or whatever you are choosing to heat it up with.  Start with lower heat as they can sneak up on you. Flip them when you start to see bubbles come up on the uncooked side.  (I suggest you practice your flipping skills if your trying to impress the opposite gender.)  I like to cook them on the stove with a traditional pre-seasoned wilderness cast-iron skillet.  This will make about 4 hefty pancakes.

Now eat up
Let me know how it goes!

Chipotle Chicken Recipe......NOM NOM NOM

Boys and girls, young and old I behold to you a Chipotle restaurant chicken recipe that is darn near close if done correctly.  It has been tweaked, researched (mainly me eating it a lot by itself and youtube, internet searches), but this recipe was taken from a few workers who also share the passion for the holy grail of chicken and my own suggestions! So lets get to cooking so we can all NOM NOM on that smokey spicy chicken.....

Heres What You Need:

1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (Need 2oz of the juice/peppers)
2 tablespoons honey (A KEY INGREDIENT)
  1 teaspoon black pepper
  2 teaspoons cumin powder
  2 tablespoons cilantro
  2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  6 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts or thighs...(the thighs are a little fatty but produce some more flavor) (6 ounces each)

Heres What You Do:
Take all the ingredients that are not chicken and put it in a food processor.  For the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, you can regulate how spicy you would like it to be by the amount of pepper you put in and the seeds in them. Usually if you just get one pepper in the mix and some of the sauce from the can it works out just fine, but its up to you!  Blend it until its a glorious smooth, puree, marinade.
Take the marinade and put it over the chicken in a plastic bag and mix it up.  I like to beat the chicken up a little to make it more tender, literally, punch the chicken a bit.  Let the meat sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat the grill to about 400 degrees and then cook the chicken until tender.  Put a pinch or two of salt on both sides of the chicken when cooking.
Cut into squares and your ready to go.
Remember that the chicken is usually mixed with veggies, cheese, sour cream, rice, beans, so you would be surprised how spicy, and smokey the chicken really is by itself depending on how you make it.
TRY IT OUT! Enjoy!!!
Any corrections let me know on the recipe!
